Pine Trees Hotel achieves prestigious Gold Green Tourism accreditation just months are reopening

Pine Trees Hotel is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Gold Green Tourism Accreditation, just months after a major refurbishment. This prestigious recognition highlights the hotel’s unwavering commitment to sustainability and responsible tourism, reinforcing its dedication to delivering exceptional hospitality with a lighter environmental footprint. 
 
In 2024, Pine Trees underwent a multi-million-pound renovation transforming the hotel into Scotland’s ultimate Coorie retreat. The hotel offers a haven of tranquillity for guests, who can disconnect from the stresses of modern, digitally saturated life and reconnect with life’s simple pleasures in the beautiful surroundings of Highland Perthshire.

Since opening, Pine Trees Hotel has embedded a strong ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy into its operations. Key sustainability initiatives include its partnership with Belu Water, a social enterprise that invests profits into clean water projects, and a commitment to sourcing 80% of its produce locally, reducing food miles while supporting Scottish farmers and producers.
