Share your weather stories to help guide responses to the changing climate

Have you noticed any weather changes where you live? Have recent extreme weather events such as storms over winter or summer heatwaves been noticeable in your local area? We need to know your climate and weather stories.

The City of Edinburgh Council is part of the new Climate Ready South East Scotland project looking at how the changing climate is impacting the region. It will help to guide future action to tackle this and increase our resilience.

Communities like yours know the places they love best and this knowledge of how weather is affecting your local areas, daily lives and livelihoods is really important to how we respond to it in future. We’re asking people living or working in, and visitors to Edinburgh to contribute their weather stories to an online map to gather evidence of what is happening.
